Ross has a Mathematics degree from Waterloo University and an MBA in Finance from McMaster University.

As a person, Ross is a family man, a leader, and a teacher by nature. He enjoys demystifying the home financing process. His personal goal is to find the most affordable and simplest solution for all his clients.

His children and their friends are an inspiration for much of his teaching, and he particularly enjoys helping young adults find their way towards financial literacy and their first home purchase.
